Goodstart Early Learning in NSW’s Western Division is seeking a Senior Educator to join our not-for-profit network. You’ll contribute to high-quality early learning programs, lead with passion, and support inclusivity and child safety.

Qualifications

• Senior Educator – Diploma of Early Childhood Education.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.
• Seek and share best practice examples to improve the education program.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members.
• Have passion and enthusiasm to lead a classroom effectively engaging with educators, families and children to implement the educational program.
• Utilise and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide to deliver high-quality education program and practice in collaboration with the Education Leader.
• Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures and Requirements.
• Positively contribute to delivering the Centre and business plans.
