Job summary

Calleo in Melbourne seeks an experienced D365 Test Analyst to plan, design, execute and coordinate testing across projects with a focus on Dynamics 365 solutions. You will work with stakeholders, developers, business analysts, and architects to ensure high-quality test outcomes supporting delivery.

Responsibilities include strategy creation, test case design, data setup, and coordinating UAT across multiple business teams. Hybrid Melbourne CBD work and government project exposure are offered.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Experience with SQL queries and data validation.
• API testing and integration testing.
• Defect management and test management tools.
• Test execution, reporting, and quality assurance activities.

Responsibilities

• Implement testing strategies, plans, methodologies, and standards across project initiatives.
• Analyse business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and design documentation to develop comprehensive test cases and test scripts.
• Prepare, maintain, execute, and review manual test scripts and test data.
• Support test estimation, scheduling, progress reporting, and resource planning activities.
• Coordinate testing activities and assign tasks to testing resources where required.
• Execute testing across functional, system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing phases.
• Identify, record, track, and manage defects through to resolution and retesting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to clarify requirements and expected system behaviour.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and coordinate engagement across multiple business teams.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced D365 Test Analyst to support the delivery of business-critical technology initiatives within a dynamic and collaborative environment. As a Test Analyst, you will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and coordinating testing activities across projects and system enhancements, with a particular focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, business analysts, architects, and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality testing outcomes that support successful project delivery.
