Job summary

Federal Government is seeking a Test Analyst to support testing across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, a web portal, and payment systems. The role involves planning tests, creating test cases, managing defects, and validating releases in an Agile/DevOps setup.

You will collaborate with delivery, business teams and vendors to ensure comprehensive test coverage, traceability, and quality in non-production and production environments.

Qualifications

• Experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, web portals or payment systems.
• Strong test design, execution and defect-management skills.
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps and qTest Manager.
• Experience with regression testing, UAT support and production verification testing.
• Clear communication and ability to coordinate testing across teams.
• Exposure to Drupal, test automation or CI/CD practices is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define functional and system testing scope with the Project Manager, developers and business stakeholders.
• Develop and review test cases against user stories and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps and qTest Manager.
• Prepare test data and support reporting tests.
• Execute system, sanity and regression testing across non-production environments.
• Record defects, track resolution and communicate test progress, risks and results.
• Produce test summary reports for stakeholders.
• Conduct production verification testing after go-live and report any issues.
• Work with business analysts, the Product Owner, BAU support teams and vendors to maintain test coverage and traceability.
• Support quality assurance practices within Agile and DevOps delivery.
