Job summary

Sirius People in Sydney is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to lead hands-on development for a major government program. You will architect and build end-to-end Power Platform solutions and mentor junior developers while aligning with Agile/SDLC practices.

Hybrid role requiring three days in the Sydney CBD area, and you will drive a Dynamics migration from on-premise to Dynamics 365 in the cloud, working with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical designs.

Qualifications

6+ years of hands-on development with the M365 Power Platform ecosystem.
Expertise building Canvas and Model-driven apps from scratch.
Strong backend skills in Azure SQL, REST integration, and data migration.
Consultative approach with workshops, scope management, and stakeholder communication.
Leadership/mentoring of junior developers and experience with Agile/SDLC.

Responsibilities

Architect, design, and build end-to-end Power Platform solutions.
Develop complex Canvas and Model-driven apps hands-on.
Lead a major migration from Dynamics On-Premise to Dynamics 365 in the cloud.
Create workflows and automations with Power Automate.
Configure Dataverse, manage security, and integrate with external systems using premium connectors.
Collaborate with government stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable designs.
Mentor junior developers and champion DevOps/ADO practices.
