Job summary

Fusion5 is seeking a Senior Technical Support Consultant to join our Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement & Power Platform team in Australia. You will own end-to-end support for complex customer issues, triage through resolution, and ensure high-quality outcomes across Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse and the Power Platform.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse in complex customer environments.
• Deep capability across the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages).
• Experience with Azure integration services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus).
• Excellent troubleshooting, debugging and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience in managed services or application support environments.
• Proactive, self-driven with ability to work independently and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end resolution of customer issues across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform from triage to closure.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse and Power Platform.
• Act as escalation point for high-impact incidents and provide clear, timely communication to customers.
• Operate independently to resolve issues with minimal supervision.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement; contribute to proactive problem prevention.
• Maintain thorough case documentation including root cause analysis and resolution details.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and knowledge sharing.
• Mentor junior team members and help grow the practice capabilities.
