Job summary

Fusion5 is seeking a Senior Technical Support Consultant to own and resolve complex Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement issues and Power Platform challenges. You will join a high-performing support practice, delivering top-tier technical outcomes and building trusted customer relationships.

The role focuses on end-to-end ownership, proactive problem solving, and knowledge sharing within a Trans-Tasman team, with opportunities to mentor peers and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CE in complex customer environments.
• Deep capability across Power Platform including Power Apps, Automate, BI and Pages.
• Experience with Azure integration services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus).

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of customer issues across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues and provide proactive engagement.
• Act as escalation point for high-impact incidents and mentor junior team members.
