Qualifications

• Previous experience as Duty Manager or senior front office in premium hotels.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with hotel systems; Opera Cloud is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Asst. Front Office Manager in daily operations.
• Be the primary shift contact for guests and colleagues.
• Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance to ensure service quality.
• Manage guest feedback and inquiries with prompt resolution.
• Lead and develop front-line team members.
