Qualifications

Experience creating and managing digital content across websites and social media.
Proficiency with GovCMS or Drupal CMS and SEO best practices.
Strong graphic and multimedia design, copywriting and UX focus.
Ability to advise on digital campaigns and stakeholder engagement.
Awareness of accessibility and usability guidelines.

Responsibilities

Contribute to digital and marketing initiatives with strategic and practical advice.
Manage and enhance the corporate website through GovCMS, including publishing and governance.
Support evaluation and implementation of AI-enabled tools and new technologies.
Develop engaging digital content across websites, social media and other channels.
Support planning and delivery of digital campaigns aligned with priorities.
Coordinate social media platforms, moderation, and stakeholder engagement.
Monitor analytics and suggest optimisation to improve user experience and performance.
Participate in section functions including media liaison and on-call roster.
