Job summary

The Gordon in Geelong seeks a Senior Implementation Lead for the Centre of Excellence in Disability Inclusion (CoEDI). Reporting to the Program Director, you will lead implementation and change activities to translate innovations into everyday practice across The Gordon and partner organisations.

You will establish the operating model, coordinate across teams and stakeholders, support adoption of new resources and frameworks, and realise benefits from planning through delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex programs with multiple workstreams.
• Strong change management and stakeholder facilitation.
• Postgraduate qualification or equivalent leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and change activities across The Gordon and partners.
• Establish the Centre of Excellence operating model and governance.
• Coordinate activity across teams and partners; ensure adoption of new resources and approaches.
• Deliver planning through to benefits realisation and sustained impact.
• Embed accessibility and co-design throughout implementation.
