Job summary

The Gordon in Geelong is seeking an Equity and Inclusion Lead to help shape a workplace where every person feels valued, respected and a genuine sense of belonging. You will drive initiatives, partner with leaders and champion inclusive practices across policies, programs and culture, delivering measurable impact for staff and the community.

This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on delivery, strong data skills and a passion for creating environments where people can thrive and contribute

Qualifications

• Experience leading equity, diversity and inclusion initiatives within a People and Culture or HR environment.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for organisation-wide change.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver inclusive training and capability-building programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and ongoing evaluation of The Gordon's Organisational Equity and Inclusion Action Plan.
• Drive delivery of The Gordon's Gender Equality Plan, including action plans, communication activities and measurement frameworks.
• Develop and execute initiatives promoting equity, inclusion, belonging and accessibility across the organisation.
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to embed inclusive practices across policies, programs, systems and workplace culture.
• Analyse workforce data, monitor progress and provide insights to support evidence-based decision making and continuous improvement.
