The University of Melbourne is seeking an exceptional senior leader to head the Partnership Success Group within Melbourne Enterprise, mobilising, delivering and deepening partnerships across research, innovation and workforce development.

You will report to the Executive Director and build governance, systems and capability to enable partnerships at scale across faculties, Melbourne Enterprise and professional services, creating a consistently partner-centric experience.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and lead Partnership Success Group to mobilise partnerships at scale.
• Lead workforce capability partnerships aligning education with partner needs.
• Provide strategic leadership for mobilisation, governance and value delivery.
• Uplift partnership development across research, innovation and workforce development.
• Build partner intelligence, CRM, pipeline management and reporting.
• Mobilise cross-functional teams across faculties to maximise outcomes.
