You will partner with senior leaders across the organisation to embed resilience into operational practices and provide confidence that critical services can be maintained during major incidents or crises.
You are a seasoned resilience leader who combines strategic thinking with strong operational execution. You have a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, navigate complexity, and lead effectively in high-pressure environments.
