Job summary

Subway is seeking a Senior Director, Digital & Technology ANZ to lead end-to-end digital strategy and platform delivery across Australia and New Zealand from Brisbane. You will own the digital ecosystem, loyalty, CRM, and delivery channels, partnering with APAC and Global teams to align priorities and drive commercial outcomes.

You will manage a multi‑vendor delivery environment, build cross‑functional partnerships, and mentor the ANZ Digital and Technology team to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• 12–15 years’ experience in Digital platforms, loyalty, CRM, ecommerce, or digital technology leadership; APAC or multi‑market experience preferred
• 5+ years supervisory experience in senior digital leadership roles
• Fluency in English required; additional languages advantageous
• Experience managing complex, multi‑vendor delivery programs with commercial accountability
• Strong understanding of loyalty, CRM personalization, and data-driven guest engagement

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the ANZ digital strategy and roadmap
• Develop a coherent, commercially grounded digital strategy across channels, CRM, data capability, and technology
• Define clear roadmap priorities with Global Digital and Technology, ensuring ANZ needs are reflected
• Lead the Digital Ecosystem strategy for ANZ and provide executive updates to APAC President and SSA MD
• Identify digital growth levers to drive Same System Sales and guest experience
• Translate roadmap into executable delivery plans with owners, milestones, and budgets
• Lead end-to-end delivery of the ANZ digital ecosystem (app, loyalty, CRM, delivery, kiosk, web)
