Job summary

Capricorn is seeking a Head of Commercial Products to own the strategy, commercial performance and expansion of its non-financial product portfolio. You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle across supplier, service, software and data-enabled offerings, delivering strong value for Members, Suppliers and Capricorn.

This hands-on leadership role combines portfolio management, product development and complex deal-making, including negotiations with third parties and joint ventures, plus advisory on

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience across commercial product portfolios in large-scale industrial or B2B services.
• Proven ownership of high-value commercial portfolios or major accounts with revenue and margin responsibility.
• Advanced product management capability including lifecycle governance and investment prioritisation.
• Strong track record in complex commercial negotiation and contract management.
• Exceptional commercial and financial acumen with evidence-based investment decisions.
• Experience leading executive-level stakeholders and guiding partnerships and acquisitions.
• Experience building and developing commercial or product teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, commercial performance and expansion of Capricorn’s non-financial product portfolio.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of established and emerging offerings across supplier, service, software and data-enabled products.
• Manage large strategic accounts and lead contract negotiations with third parties and joint ventures.
• Advise on product opportunities and M&A activity, applying disciplined capital management.
• Lead a small team and collaborate with senior leaders and external partners to strengthen and expand the portfolio.
