Zusammenfassung

Capricorn seeks an experienced Product Manager - Trade Account to own a flagship product directing more than $4 billion in annual trade activity for over 30,000 Members. You will oversee performance, governance, strategy and ongoing optimisation across the full product lifecycle.

A key focus is maintaining a resilient, compliant, commercially sustainable product in a changing financial services environment, balancing licensing obligations, risk, profitability and day-to-day maintenance.

Qualifikationen

• Up to 10 years experience managing a financial product in banking, lending, payments, or related financial services.
• Demonstrated ownership of a substantial financial product or lending portfolio, often hundreds of millions in annual value.
• Strong product management capability across strategy, roadmap, lifecycle governance, performance and daily management.
• Deep understanding of product governance, regulatory compliance and risk management in a regulated environment.
• Commercial and analytical capability with profitability, usage forecasts and business case development.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence prioritisation and delivery.

• Own the Trade Account product performance, governance and lifecycle optimisation.
• Shape the roadmap and lead initiatives to increase utilisation and member outcomes.
• Collaborate with Credit, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Technology, Marketing, Sales and Operations to deliver growth.
