Aufgaben

• Managing the administration of the diplomatic estate, issuing Crown Leases and ensuring compliance with all lease conditions.
• Preparing and managing commercial lake agreements and licenses for all premises on National Land. Ensure compliance with conditions and undertake scheduled license fee reviews.
• Liaising and building strong relationships with licensees, acting as the first point of contact.
• Providing advice on diplomatic estate, leasing, and licensing matters relevant to the NCA, including input into reviews and the development of related policies and procedures.
• Preparing diplomatic, leasing, and licensing correspondence. Assist with the preparation of relevant documents, including market approaches, consultation papers, board papers, executive minute, annual reports, questions on notice, and ministerial briefings as required.
• Representing the National Capital Authority (NCA) at relevant meetings. As required, liaise with stakeholders (including the diplomatic community and Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade) on related matters and work cooperatively with people inside and outside the NCA.
• Contributing to budget development, master planning exercises, and agency initiatives relevant to the Diplomatic Estate and licensing matters.
• Providing ad-hoc advice and support on procurement and contract management matters, including contributing to the development and maintenance of guidance materials, templates, and processes to support compliance with relevant policies.
• Participating as an effective member of the Operations Branch and supporting other NCA functions as required, including procurement and contract management activities.
