Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital e-commerce experience with 4+ years in trading, digital merchandising, or commercial planning.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume promotional calendars driving revenue and margin.
• Experience competing with marketplaces like Amazon and eBay.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the digital trade strategy to grow Everyday Market.
• Align the marketplace calendar with major seasonal events.
• Collaborate with Brand and Marketing to deploy digital touchpoints.
• Monitor pricing and promotions to optimise conversion and profitability.
• Curate online catalog and dynamic bundles to boost average order value.
• Track daily sales, margins, and campaign profitability.
• Utilise CMS, PIM, and analytics to refine the customer journey.
