Job summary
LTM is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead the front-end architecture for enterprise digital experiences in Sydney. You will define reusable UI components and patterns, translating complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.
You will collaborate with Integration, Core Platform and Data teams to deliver API-driven, near real-time experiences, while ensuring security, governance and performance.
Qualifications
- 10-15 years enterprise IT experience with solution architecture / technical leadership.
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Angular or React.
- Proven front-end and solution architecture expertise.
- Experience with reusable components and modular / micro-frontend patterns.
Responsibilities
- Lead solution and front-end architecture for enterprise digital experiences.
- Define reusable UI components, patterns and architecture across operational journeys.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with Integration, Core Platform and Data teams on API-driven, near real-time experiences.
- Provide technical leadership across solution design, code quality, performance, security and governance.
- Design for role-based access, auditability, accessibility and multi-geography needs.
- Drive technical quality including testing, performance optimisation and CI/CD.
- Mentor development teams while actively contributing to architecture and solution design.
