Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer III in Redmond, WA to own the digital board design end-to-end. You will manage clocking, resets, high-speed interfaces, and system bring-up while collaborating with layout and test teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on lab bring-up, signal integrity, and structured debugging, with strong preference for Siemens Xpedition EDM tools and experience in complex digital hardware design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and hands-on digital hardware design experience.
• Ownership of a complex digital board from schematic through bring-up and validation.
• Strong fundamentals in high-speed digital design and experience with high-speed memory or serial interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design complex multi-layer digital PCBs with schematic capture and component selection.
• Define and constrain high-speed digital interfaces, including pin planning and budgeting.
• Own clocking, resets, and general-purpose I/O for the digital subsystem.
