Boost Design is seeking a Senior Electronic/Hardware Design Engineer to lead the architecture and development of complex electronic products from concept to production. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver robust, production‑ready designs.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, 8+ years of hands‑on experience, proficiency with Altium, and strong problem solving.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience designing and architecting electronic solutions in a senior capacity.
• Experience with Altium design software for PCB layout and design rules.
• Familiarity with design workflow and practices such as DFM, QbD, V&V, ECO/ECR, RM.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities; quick to adopt new technologies.
• Ability to research and present design options and development approaches.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn across a broad range of electronic technologies and domains.

Aufgaben

• Lead architecture of design solutions and PCB layout to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with managers, engineers, and clients to bring new products to life.
• Develop and maintain documentation including requirements, risk analysis, and test plans.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other engineers on electrical designs and schedules.
• Drive ownership and efficiency within the team and project workflows.
• Support cross‑disciplinary work with mechanical, firmware, software, and PM activities.
