Led by the Office of the Provost, the Academic Excellence Program (AEP) enables academics at the University of Sydney to realise their full potential across all domains of academic endeavour. Academic Excellence is a priority program for the Sydney in 2032 strategy.
As the Senior Digital Learning & Capability Specialist, you will lead the design and delivery of engaging learning solutions that support the successful adoption of new frameworks, processes and technologies across the Academic Excellence Program. You will work closely with subject matter experts, change leaders and program stakeholders to translate complex concepts into practical, accessible and impactful learning experiences for academic and professional staff. You will oversee the development of digital learning solutions and capability-building resources, including online modules, videos, workshop materials and quick reference guides, helping to drive organisational readiness and capability uplift across the University.
You will partner with stakeholders across the University to identify capability needs, facilitate learning activities and continuously improve learning outcomes through evaluation and feedback.
