Job summary

Aurec is seeking an experienced Digital Health Business Analyst to join a high-performing digital team supporting a health Federal Government client in Australia. You will drive continuous improvement, optimise vendor onboarding, and deliver interoperable systems across national platforms from the Sydney area.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in business analysis within Agile environments and a formal degree in a related field.

Qualifications

4+ years business analysis experience in Agile environments.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analysis, or related discipline.
Experience in government ICT, digital health, software conformance, or certification programs is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead analysis and system design to support integration and continuous improvement of core digital platforms and processes.
Assess vendor solutions, interoperability, and integration requirements; identify risks and dependencies.
Provide strategic conformance advice on business requirements and system functionality to support onboarding and compliance programs.
Develop artefacts: business process models, specifications, traceability matrices, and business cases.
Facilitate cross-disciplinary collaboration with technical specialists, product owners, vendors, and stakeholders.
Drive process automation to improve efficiency, transparency, and stakeholder experience.
