Bridgit is seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to own and grow our brand’s digital presence from Sydney. This hands‑on role blends creativity with strategic thinking, shaping content from concept to publication while coordinating with contractors for hi‑fi assets.

You’ll manage Bridgit’s social channels, nurture our online community, and drive a complete content ecosystem to support brand growth and commercial outcomes. A fast‑paced fintech environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience managing and growing social media channels for brands.
• Hands‑on content creator, confident shooting and editing video and static content.
• Proven experience reporting performance and insights to stakeholders, with clear accountability for engagement, growth, and commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own Bridgit’s key social channels with a consistent brand presence.
• Capture content and perform basic video editing for lo‑fi content production.
• Coordinate with external contractors for hi‑fi content production (storyboards, scripts).
• Drive front‑line community engagement (comments, DMs) and maintain brand voice.
• Use channels strategically to drive leads, traffic and measurable commercial outcomes.
