Job summary

EIC Activities, part of CIMIC Group, seeks a Head of Digital Engineering Delivery to lead governance and continuous improvement of digital engineering and information systems across major infrastructure projects in Australia. You will drive standards, information governance and digital solutions, partnering with the Transformation Office to enable AI-ready data environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Digital Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Demonstrated knowledge of digital engineering and information governance frameworks.
• Experience administering Common Data Environments and document management systems.
• Qualifications or certifications in BIM, Digital Engineering, Information Management or Project Information Management.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 and associated information management standards.

Responsibilities

• Governance, management and continuous improvement of EIC's digital engineering and information systems, standards and processes.
• Support successful project outcomes through effective Digital Engineering implementation.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, efficiency and project performance through digital solutions.
• Contribute to strategic planning, resource management and business growth initiatives.
• Monitor Digital Engineering performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support bid development, major pursuits and client presentations.
• Develop a digital information ecosystem with CIMIC Transformation Office and Heads of Functions.
