Job summary

Civmec is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Engineering Manager to lead digital engineering services across EIC and CIMIC operating companies. The role focuses on governance, standards, and innovation to improve project delivery and information management.

The position drives development of Digital Engineering strategies, builds capability, and ensures consistent application throughout project lifecycles, including governance and performance monitoring.

Qualifications

• Engineering or related degree with leadership of Digital Engineering functions.
• Certifications in BIM, Digital Engineering or Information Management desirable.
• Experience leading digital delivery in major infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to build high-performing teams and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and governance of Digital Engineering services across EIC.
• Drive adoption of digital engineering standards, systems and innovation.
• Lead development and implementation of Digital Engineering strategies.
• Foster capability growth and ensure governance across project lifecycles.
• Support bid development, major pursuits and client presentations.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
