Job summary

Consolidated Power Projects Australia is seeking a senior Digital Engineering/BIM leader to drive management and coordination of digital information across national projects. Reporting to Engineering leadership, you will align civil, electrical, structural, and SCADA teams to ensure coordinated models and deliverables across tender, design, and handover.

The role is strategic, coordinating multiple disciplines rather than drafting, with travel across Australia and the potential to base in

Qualifications

• A relevant qualification in design/drafting, engineering, architecture or a related discipline
• Senior-level experience leading Digital Engineering, BIM or information management across major multidisciplinary projects
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650, BIM Execution Plans, Common Data Environments, federated models, clash coordination and digital handover
• A collaborative leadership style, with the ability to coordinate technical disciplines and build strong relationships with clients, project teams, consultants and contractors
• Experience in transmission, utilities, renewable energy, data centres will be highly regarded however not essential
• A current Australian driver’s licence and the flexibility to travel when required

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Engineering and BIM across projects from tender through handover
• Coordinate multiple disciplines and liaise with clients and teams
• Move between project delivery and strategic capability development
• Establish practical standards for information management
• Support travel to project sites as required
