Job summary

Fyfe is strengthening how digital technologies are applied across power and energy projects, assets and operations. This is a technical leadership role requiring strong people management.

You'll lead the design, integration and adoption of digital engineering solutions, including BIM, digital twins, advanced analytics, automation and asset data platforms. Your work will help improve asset performance, reliability, safety and lifecycle outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing BIM for high-voltage infrastructure.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MicroStation and Revit.
• Experience leading digital delivery across multiple disciplines.
• Knowledge of Australian and international design standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead drawings, models and digital deliverables for substations and HV infrastructure.
• Shape and deliver digital engineering strategy across assets.
• Govern digital engineering standards, architecture and quality frameworks.
• Drive BIM, digital twins, SCADA integrations and asset data systems adoption.
• Build high-performing teams and champion collaborative ways of working.
• Strengthen client and internal stakeholder relationships in delivery.
