StudioHawk, a leading SEO agency, is hiring at three levels: SEO Specialist, Senior SEO Specialist, and Enterprise SEO Manager. Roles are based in Melbourne or Sydney with hybrid work and a relocation package to help you move from Adelaide.

You’ll own client campaigns end to end, run audits, guide strategy, mentor juniors, and contribute to enterprise offerings. A strong focus on GA4, Search Console, and SEO tools plus collaboration with cross‑functional teams is essential.

These roles are based in our Melbourne or Sydney offices, and are hybrid. We’re advertising in Adelaide because we want to bring great SEOs to our team, and we’ll help you get here with a full relocation package.

What roles are we offering:

We’re hiring at three levels, so whether you’re a few years into SEO or already leading big accounts, there’s a seat for you.

SEO Specialist

You’ll own your client campaigns end to end, from strategy and technical SEO through to content briefs and reporting. You’ll work directly with clients, with no account manager in the middle.

• Experience: 1–2+ years in an SEO role
• Salary: $75,000 to $85,000 + super

Senior SEO Specialist

You’ll lead some of our biggest, highest-impact campaigns across technical, on‑page, off‑page and content. You’ll run audits, turn them into clear roadmaps, mentor juniors and step in as 2IC to your direct Manager when needed.

• Experience: 2–3+ years hands‑on SEO, including time as an SEO Specialist
• Salary: $100,000 to $110,000 + super

You’ll own a portfolio of our biggest accounts, with big-name brands on $8k–$20k+ monthly retainers, from onboarding and strategy through to execution and reporting. You’ll also help shape our enterprise offering, support major pitches, and share your expertise through internal training.

• Experience: 5+ years hands‑on SEO, including time at a senior level
• Salary: $110,000 to $120,000 + super

Salary & Compensation:

We believe in transparency – here’s what each role offers:

• SEO Specialist: AUD $75,000 to $85,000 + super
