Job summary

Apparent, an independent agency in Sydney, is hiring an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to lead digital campaigns and client relationships across automotive and financial sectors. You’ll collaborate with a Senior Account Director to bring smart ideas to life across multiple channels.

You’ll be proactive, organised, and capable of juggling multiple projects, with growth opportunities, training and a supportive culture at our new Eveleigh HQ.

Qualifications

• Experience in a creative or digital agency.
• Experience across CRM and digital campaigns.
• Strong organisational skills and multi‑project juggling.
• Proven ability to build client relationships.
• Comfort with both creative/content and digital work.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day workflow across accounts from brief to delivery.
• Lead CRM and email activity across automotive and finance projects.
• Support digital projects like website updates, campaign content and optimisation.
• Deliver B2B content across multiple channels for a sustainable-house client.
• Write clear briefs and timelines for creative, strategy and production teams.
• Run work-in-progress meetings and keep clients updated.
• Help manage budgets, scopes and timelines.
• Ensure all outputs are polished and accurate.
• Identify process improvements as accounts scale.
