Job summary

Medibank is seeking a Senior Digital Business Analyst to join the Enterprise Delivery team within Customer Technology & Delivery. You will shape customer-centric digital solutions across desktop and mobile, guiding requirements from feasibility through testing and transition.

Lead workshops, map processes, and mentor team members while ensuring traceability and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in business analysis across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid SDLCs.
• Proven experience on digital platforms with customer-centric solutions.
• Ability to engage stakeholders across all levels and translate complex requirements.
• Expertise in process mapping and requirement documentation (including user stories).
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead elicitation and documentation of business and system requirements for digital initiatives.
• Break down initiatives into epics, user stories, and customer journeys using Jira/Confluence.
• Facilitate workshops with internal teams and external vendors to drive solutions.
• Ensure traceability of requirements through design, build, testing, and deployment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Medibank’s BA Practice and mentor teammates.
• Support compliance with policies and regulatory obligations while driving quality.
