Job summary

TAL Australia is seeking a Business Analyst to support its Group Life digital initiatives, coordinating system changes and delivering user-friendly digital solutions. You will work with stakeholders across the organisation to improve processes, implement enhancements, and document requirements for successful technology adoption.

The role emphasizes agile delivery, working with engineering pods, and providing ongoing operational support and training to end users.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in business analysis within digital environments.
• Strong Agile delivery knowledge (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and acceptance testing.

Responsibilities

• Analyse current business practices and processes to identify improvements for customer experience and cost reduction.
• Elicit requirements from business teams and translate into user stories for engineering pods.
• Produce clear documentation of product and technical aspects for fast adoption across partner instances.
• Document current and future state processes to ensure alignment with new products and journeys.
• Maintain Business Requirements and Process Design documents with traceability through the lifecycle.
• Act as SME and primary contact for client issues and change requests.
• Develop and execute test cases as part of User Acceptance Testing.
• Create communications plans and release documentation with end-user training and support.
