Job summary

DMU Consulting in Sydney is seeking a Workshop Foreman/Senior Diagnostic Technician. You will lead a team of five technicians and apprentices, performing diagnostics across all makes and models and overseeing the foreman duties to ensure service quality.

You will mentor three technicians and two apprentices, explain diagnostic findings to customers in plain language, and collaborate with the service advisor to allocate work. Hybrid/EV training is a plus but not essential.

Qualifications

• Diagnose faults across all makes and models.
• Allocate jobs and manage workflow with our service advisor.
• Quality check completed work before it goes back to the customer.
• Mentor / assist 3 technicians and 2 apprentices.
• Explain diagnostic findings to customers in plain language.
