You will work on hybrid, electric and advanced vehicle technologies while mentoring apprentices and junior technicians.

The ideal candidate has a Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology, strong fault-finding skills, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capability across modern vehicle systems.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical and electronic vehicle technologies.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Mentoring or leadership experience in a workshop.
• Commitment to quality workmanship, safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnosis of mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults.
• Complete servicing, repairs, warranty work, and manufacturer campaigns to standards.
• Use diagnostic equipment and information systems to resolve vehicle concerns.
• Repair hybrid, electric, and advanced vehicle technologies.
• Mentor apprentices and junior technicians.
• Ensure work is efficient, safe and first-time correct.
• Maintain accurate repair orders, reports, and documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organised workshop.
• Support workshop productivity and safety standards.
