TaltentTrek is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure in Melbourne. You will lead CI/CD pipelines, manage IaC, and deploy Docker/Kubernetes workloads to ensure secure, reliable releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in IT/CS/SE.
• 5+ years' hands-on production DevOps experience.
• Strong cloud platform expertise (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Proven CI/CD design and maintenance experience using major tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and optimise CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments.
• Manage IaC with Terraform, CloudFormation or Bicep.
• Deploy and manage Docker and Kubernetes workloads.
• Establish monitoring, logging and incident response practices.
• Lead incident resolution and root-cause analysis for infra issues.
• Implement security controls, IAM and secrets management.
• Design DR, backup and high-availability solutions.
• Improve cloud performance and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with dev, test and security teams on releases.
• Document operations and mentor junior engineers.
