Job summary

ITbility seeks a Sr DevOps Engineer in Sydney to join the DevOps team, collaborating with development and operations to support deployment, automation and monitoring of applications and infrastructure.

You will build tools and processes to enhance the development cycle and improve system reliability; take part in scaling and optimizing cloud based platforms while staying current with DevOps practices.

Qualifications

Experience with deploying and configuring applications and services (Kubernetes, Lambda, ECS, S3).
Cloud infrastructure management on AWS (EC2, CloudFormation, S3, ALB, ELB, Lambda, ECS, ECR, Elasticache, API Gateway).
CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Monitoring with Datadog, Kibana; platform reliability focus.

Responsibilities

Assist in deployment and configuration of applications and services on AWS and Kubernetes.
Maintain and manage cloud infrastructure.
Implement new CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts; troubleshoot pipelines.
