Job summary

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Urban Planning or equivalent.
• Extensive experience handling complex Development Applications and negotiating outcomes.
• Strong analytical and judgment skills in planning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage major and complex Development Applications.
• Take a lead role in Land and Environment Court proceedings.
• Drive business improvement initiatives in the Development Assessment context.
• Mentor and coach the planning team to achieve high performance and customer experience.
