Job summary

Levande is seeking a Senior Development Manager in Melbourne to lead major built-form retirement living projects from feasibility through construction, taking ownership of commercial and delivery decisions.

You will drive programme, budget, cash flow and risk management across the full development lifecycle, leading multidisciplinary teams to protect design quality, safety, sustainability and commercial returns.

Responsibilities

• Own programme, budget, cash flow and profit return outcomes.
• Guide feasibility, design, approvals, contracts and construction delivery.
• Lead consultants, contractors and internal project teams.
• Contribute to sales and marketing decisions that affect project performance.
• Coach Development Managers and Assistant Development Managers.
