Job summary

Levande in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Development Manager to lead major retirement living developments, taking ownership of commercial and delivery decisions across the full project lifecycle.

You will manage feasibility, design approvals, contracts and construction, guide consultants and internal teams, and influence sales and marketing outcomes to maximise project performance while maintaining design quality, safety and sustainability.

Qualifications

• You are currently working as a Senior Development Manager and have delivered built-form projects valued at $80 million or more.
• Exposure to projects around $200 million will be highly regarded.

At Levande, you’ll lead complex retirement living developments in Melbourne, taking ownership of the commercial and delivery decisions that shape each project. Reporting to the Regional Development Manager, you’ll work across the full development lifecycle with a multidisciplinary team behind you.

You have led complex apartment or other built-form developments through construction. You can analyse Estate Master feasibility models, manage commercial and delivery risk, and lead multidisciplinary teams with confidence. You’re ready to take responsibility for projects at this scale from day one.
