Job summary

Stockland seeks an experienced Development Manager to lead a Melbourne-based Halcyon Communities project. The role covers the full development lifecycle, driving commercial outcomes and delivering a vibrant community for over-55 residents.

You will work with internal teams, consultants, contractors and government stakeholders to ensure project success, shaping a long-lasting community across planning, design and delivery stages.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering residential, land lease, masterplanned or mixed-use developments.
• Strong commercial and financial management capability including feasibility and forecasting.
• Proven ability to manage planning, approvals and stakeholder engagement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a major development project.
• Manage project feasibility, budgets, forecasts, risks and opportunities.
• Drive collaboration across sales, marketing, project management and finance teams.
• Build relationships with consultants, contractors, authorities and community stakeholders.
• Champion innovation, sustainability and customer-focused outcomes throughout the lifecycle.
