Cameron Brae Group in Sydney's South-West seeks a Senior Development Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of a master-planned community, from planning and design approvals through construction, sales, and asset management. You will work with the Project Director to shape project strategy and delivery planning, coordinating internal and external teams to meet commercial objectives.

This hybrid role offers direct access to leadership and a pathway to influence across capital strategy and community

Now, at a pivotal moment of growth and transformation, we're looking for a Senior Development Manager to help lead the next chapter.

This isn't a role where you'll wait in line for a decision. Here, you'll have direct access to leadership, real accountability, and full lifecycle visibility across capital strategy, planning, design, delivery, sales and asset management — all under one roof.

The Role

You'll take the lead on end-to-end delivery of a master-planned community, managing all phases from planning and design approvals through to construction, sales, marketing and community engagement. Working alongside the Project Director, you'll also play a key role in shaping project strategy and delivery planning.
