Job summary

Ivory Group in Sydney is seeking a Senior Development Engineer to facilitate new development while ensuring compliance with Council delivery standards and permit conditions.

You will evaluate development applications for compliance with development controls and contribute to public infrastructure projects, working within a collaborative team. The role offers flexibility with start/finish times, potential work-from-home days, and an initial 6-month contract with extension potential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Local Government experience is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate development applications for compliance with development controls.
• Facilitate new development while ensuring adherence to Council standards.
• Assess impacts on public infrastructure and drainage.
