• Provide strategic reporting and commercial advice to executive leadership and governance groups.

You are an accomplished development leader with extensive experience delivering major Australian developments and the ability to operate confidently across projects of significant scale and complexity.

You will bring:

• Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to navigate complex development challenges and competing stakeholder priorities.
• Extensive experience across planning, design, approvals, financial management and project delivery.
• Sophisticated stakeholder management capability, including working closely with government authorities, planning agencies, consultants and delivery partners.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing, mentoring and developing high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
• A proven history of delivering significant Australian developments, with NSW experience highly regarded.
• The ability to operate confidently at both strategic and execution levels, driving outcomes while maintaining a long-term vision for project success.
