Job summary

Campbelltown City Council is seeking a Senior Development Contributions Officer in Campbelltown, NSW. The role administers development contributions, planning agreements and works‑in‑kind arrangements to support local infrastructure delivery.

You will review and implement contribution plans and policies while maintaining data integrity across systems. The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in a related field and strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in town planning, economics, project management or related discipline.
• Knowledge of Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and related regulations.
• Experience with contributions plans, planning agreements and works in kind agreements.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to review processes and improve service delivery.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially spreadsheets.

• Administer development contributions, planning agreements and works‑in‑kind agreements.
• Review, prepare and implement Development Contribution Plans, policies and procedures.
