Job summary

Perfection Fresh is seeking a Senior Developer to own and evolve our business applications and AI-enabled solutions. You will work across operations, warehousing, sales and finance to design, build and support critical systems on the Microsoft stack, with a focus on reliability and scalability.

You will lead development across APIs, EDI bridges and ERP integrations, while mentoring peers and shaping technology roadmaps. The role offers autonomy and direct impact on business performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software development and business applications support.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET and SQL Server.
• Full-stack development with modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience designing APIs, EDI solutions and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack business applications using C#, .NET, SQL and modern front-end technologies.
• Design, build and support APIs, EDI connections and system integrations.
• Support ERP and operational systems that underpin daily operations.
• Maintain and improve legacy applications and influence future technology decisions.
• Collaborate with operational teams to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and implement long-term improvements.
• Explore AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.
