• Lead and coordinate design consultants and internal design team members
• Shape and deliver design solutions across all project stages
• Drive design programme and milestone deliverables
• Ensure designs are fully coordinated and construction-ready
• Provide buildability, value management and technical input
• Collaborate closely with commercial, engineering and project leadership teams
• Manage stakeholder and authority interfaces as required
