Job summary

Indigitise Pty Ltd in Canberra is seeking a Level 3 Design Lead to support a C4ISREW capability program. You will provide technical leadership, oversee systems engineering management across capability architecture and system design, and ensure coherence with Defence policies and integration frameworks.

Based at Russell Offices, ACT, the role requires occasional remote/off-site work with regular in-person meetings at Army HQ.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field for C4 design
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across systems engineering management for capability architecture and design
• Ensure technical coherence of capability design and integration
• Advise on maturity for Commonwealth acceptance and compliance with Defence policies and frameworks
• Engage senior technical stakeholders across Defence, Government and international partners
