Qualifications

• 3+ years in engineering, construction, or BIM coordination.
• Engineering, construction / builder, or drafting background.
• Detail-focused, strong communicator, team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate BIM models (Trimble, Navisworks, Tekla).We mainly work in .ifc files from these programs.
• Resolve design clashes and align models with construction needs.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and builders on technical issues.
• Track RFIs, design updates, and workflows via Aconex/Procore.
• Support project managers with engineering and digital coordination.
• Review shop drawings and models to submit approval and For Construction packages.

The Role

As a Senior Design Coordinator you’ll bridge design and construction, ensuring models and drawings become reality. You’ll coordinate with drafting, engineering, and site teams, driving accuracy and buildability on some of the nation’s most ambitious projects.

The role is hybrid. Thursdays are in-office at our factory in Moss Vale for a team meeting, other days are flexible as work from home, project sites or the office.

Responsibilities
