Job summary

Sydney Water’s Delivery Optimisation team is seeking a Senior Delivery Optimisation Specialist to drive transformation and deliver measurable process improvements across water infrastructure projects. You will lead strategic initiatives, engage with senior stakeholders and uplift governance, processes, and systems to ensure high-quality outcomes aligned to NSW Government requirements.

• Proven experience in infrastructure project delivery with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Solid knowledge of project management frameworks, governance, assurance and risk.
• Strong analytical and technical writing skills for processes and frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proactive, adaptable mindset to manage competing priorities and drive capability uplift.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to uplift project delivery practices and standardise processes.
• Provide expert advice on governance and project management systems.
• Develop and maintain project management frameworks, processes and tools.
• Support capability uplift through training and coaching.
