We are looking for a Senior Delivery Optimisation Specialist to drive transformation and deliver measurable process improvements across Sydney Water by leading strategic initiatives, engaging with teams, uplifting process maturity, and ensuring seamless integration of systems and solutions.
Join the Delivery Optimisation team within the Performance Delivery Hub, where you will support the delivery of complex infrastructure projects by improving project management practices, systems and processes. Acting as a central specialist resource, you’ll provide advice and hands-on support to drive continuous improvement, embed best-practice tools and standardise ways of working in line with industry and government requirements, while contributing to initiatives across change management, capability uplift, governance and process optimisation to enable efficient, high-quality project outcomes aligned to strategic priorities.
Important: This is a Senior Delivery Optimisation Specialist role focused on supporting the planning and development of Water infrastructure construction projects.
It is not a digital or IT infrastructure position, and applicants with primarily digital/IT backgrounds will be considered only if they have relevant experience in Water infrastructure development and construction.
