Job summary

Premium international construction disputes consultancy in Sydney seeks a Delay Director to lead complex delay analyses, testimony, and dispute resolution across public and private projects. You will work with a global team of delay experts and oversee junior planners, delivering robust schedules and delay claims.

Applicants should have 10+ years in delay disputes, with testing experience preferred; MSc in Construction Law and Disputes and Chartered status are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction project planning/engineering and delay dispute work.
• Experience testifying is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of contract and law in construction delays.

Responsibilities

• Lead delay analyses and forensic investigations on projects.
• Prepare delay analyses, programmes, and reports.
• Mentor junior staff and manage multiple commissions.
• Engage with legal teams and stakeholders.
